Dog Ignites Chain-Reaction Truck Crash Near Albuquerque

A man driving a passenger vehicle stopped on Interstate 40 near Albuquerque, N.M., on Sunday, Feb. 26, in hopes of helping a dog that had run onto the freeway in traffic.
