Hundreds of
catastrophic truck accidents occur on Delaware highways every year. Michael can
work with a team of local legal professionals to help develop the best trial
strategy for you, drawing from his years of truck accident litigation
experience. High-traffic routes such as Interstate 95 near Wilmington, and the
many miles of two-lane rural highways that carry vehicles throughout Delaware,
are the source of heavy truck traffic daily. If you've been injured in a truck
accident, team with Michael and benefit from the work of an attorney whose
experience with cases involving catastrophic commercial vehicle crashes is
recognized nationwide.

Trucking Laws
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (Title 49, Parts 350-399) govern all vehicles engaged in interstate traffic.
There are some situations where a tractor-trailer or other commercial motor vehicle is involved in only intrastate travel. For example, an appliance store in Dover may own a truck that only makes in-state deliveries.
The Delaware Department of Public Safety has adopted Title 49, Parts 382, 383, 384, 390, 391, 392, 393, 394, 395, 396, 397, 398, and 399 of the federal regulations.
